Three forwards close the opponents' outlet inside their own 23 m area, and the run line shows one forward stepping onto the ball. Use it when the opponents restart from the back.
Penalty corner
The injector passes from the backline to the stopper at the top of the shooting circle, and the shot line goes straight at goal. Plan the injection, the stop and the strike with the defenders marked.
Overlap
A defender runs outside the wing on the flank while the forward waits in the circle. Use it to create a two-against-one on the side when the wing holds the ball.
