Two setters

Both setters are also hitters when they are in the front row. Place both, and mark the one who is currently in the back row. That player sets.

The front row

Three attackers stay available: two outsides and a middle, or whatever roles you use. Do not also draw the front-row setter as the setter. That is the mistake this system avoids.

The switch

After the serve, the back-row setter moves to the target. Draw that short move. The front-row setter becomes a hitter. Save the next rotation as a copy instead of stacking both on one court.
